Terms of Service

What ZOOP is

ZOOP is a coordination tool. It is the shared checklist that keeps your home purchase visibly moving and everyone working on it aligned — you, your CSM, your loan officer, and your agent.

It is provided by Active Duty Passive Income as part of the residential package. Access requires an active ADPI membership holding that package.

What ZOOP is not

ZOOP does not give financial, legal, tax, or real estate advice, and nothing in it is an offer of credit or a commitment to lend. Loan terms come from your lender, and the terms of your purchase come from your contract — not from anything shown here.

The savings figures in ZOOP are a working estimate that your loan officer and agent maintain as the deal develops, and they change as the deal changes. They are not a guarantee of what you will pay or keep at closing. “Zero out of pocket” describes the goal the program works toward; it is not a promised outcome, and whether a particular purchase reaches it depends on the property, the seller, the market, and your own qualification.

Your loan officer and your agent are licensed professionals who are independently responsible for their own advice and their own compliance. Active Duty Passive Income is not a party to your purchase contract or your loan.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

The information you put into ZOOP stays yours. By putting it here you allow us and the providers assigned to your deal to use it to do the work — nothing more. See the Privacy Policy.

Working together

Your deal’s chat thread is shared with the people working on your purchase. Do not post anything you would not want that whole team to read, and do not post anything unlawful, abusive, or belonging to someone else.

Providers must be certified to act on a deal and are expected to keep that certification current. Certification can be suspended, and access removed, if a provider is not meeting the standard.

Providers

If you use ZOOP as a loan officer, agent, CSM, or coach: you may only act on deals assigned to you, you are responsible for your own licensing and for complying with the law that governs your profession, and you must keep member information confidential and use it only for the deal it belongs to.

Availability

We work to keep ZOOP running, but it is provided as-is and we cannot promise it will be available without interruption or free of error. Do not rely on it as the only record of anything important to your purchase.

Ending access

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. We may suspend or end access if an account is used in a way that breaks these terms or puts other members’ information at risk.

Losing your ADPI residential package ends your ZOOP access; deleting your ZOOP account does not cancel your ADPI membership.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, Active Duty Passive Income is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of ZOOP, including anything that turns on the outcome of a purchase or a loan.

Changes

If these terms change materially we will update the date above and let members know in the app. Continuing to use ZOOP after that means you accept the change.
