The short version

ZOOP is the shared checklist for your home purchase. To do that it holds the details of your deal and the conversation around it, and it shows those to the specific people working on your purchase — your CSM, your loan officer, your agent, and the Active Duty Passive Income team.

We do not sell your information, we do not run advertising, and we do not share it with anyone outside the list further down this page.

What we collect

Everything ZOOP stores about you, and why:

Who you are — name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and for providers a company name and bio

Signing you in, showing your team who they're working with, and reaching you about your deal

Your ADPI membership link — your Campus/CRM contact id and whether you hold the residential package

Confirming you have access, and keeping your ZOOP account in step with your ADPI membership

Your purchase — goal, target market, loan type, VA eligibility, timeline, and the ZOOP worksheet figures (purchase price, appraised value, closing costs, concessions, credits, earnest money)

Running the pipeline and calculating what you keep in your pocket at closing

Your conversations — every message in your deal's chat thread

It is the deal's shared thread; your team reads it and answers in it

Documents you upload, and their contents

Your providers asked for them; they are stored so the deal has one place for paperwork

Progress — which checklist items are done, who signed off, and when your deal moved stages

This is the checklist itself, and the record of who confirmed what

Activity log — a record of consequential actions taken in the app and who took them

So a deal's history can be reconstructed and disputes have an answer

Notifications and, if you turn them on, your device's push subscription

Telling you when something needs you

For providers — certification attempts and scores, lesson and drill transcripts, licensed states, and standing in the network

Providers must be certified to act on a deal, and licensed in the member's state to be assigned one

People you refer — the name, email address and phone number you give us for someone you think should join, and why

So the ADPI team can reach out. See the note on referrals below

A mailing address, if you claim a referral reward

Posting you the mug or the hat. Used for nothing else

Agent recruiting invites — who invited whom, for which market

Connecting a waiting member with an agent in their state

Closing outcomes — market, loan type, and the negotiated savings, kept after the deal itself is deleted

Aggregate proof that zero out of pocket works. Published figures are coarsened first (see below)

Who can see it

Access is decided per deal, on the server, and re-checked on every action. Someone who is not on your deal cannot read it, no matter what they type into their browser.

  • You see your own deal.
  • The providers assigned to your deal — your CSM, loan officer, and agent — see your deal, your chat thread, and the documents on it. They see this because they are doing the work.
  • The Active Duty Passive Income team (administrators) can see all deals in order to run the program and help when something is stuck.
  • Nobody else. A provider who is not assigned to your deal cannot see it, and a provider who leaves the network stops being assigned new ones.

Where it goes outside our servers

These are the only services that receive any of your information, and the only reason each one gets it:

GoHighLevel

Your name, email, and membership tags

ADPI's CRM. It is where your membership lives, and it provisions your ZOOP account when you buy the package

Anthropic

Your first name, your deal's current stage and checklist labels, open document requests, your team's names, notes ADPI's team wrote about you, and the text of your deal's chat thread

Powers Lance, the in-app assistant. Lance is disabled entirely if ADPI has not configured it

Slack

Short one-line summaries of high-signal events, such as a closing

So the ADPI team sees the pulse of the pipeline. Never message contents or worksheet figures

Resend

Your email address and the body of the email

Sending password-reset and sign-in links

Apple, Google, Mozilla push services

The notification text and your device's push endpoint

Delivering a push notification, only if you turned them on

Railway

Everything above — they host the servers and the database

Running the service

Lance, the in-app assistant

Lance is an AI assistant, not a person. When you post in your deal’s chat, the text of that thread and the state of your deal are sent to Anthropic’s API so Lance can draft a reply. Lance is labelled in the app wherever it speaks.

Lance never makes decisions about your purchase and never confirms a checklist item. When it does not know something, it brings in a human. If you would rather a person answered, say so in the chat and your CSM will pick it up.

What we publish

Closings are celebrated publicly on the ZOOP wall, but never in a way that identifies a family. Published figures show the state rather than the city, and savings are rounded to the nearest $1,000. Member names are never published. Individual closing pages are excluded from search engines.

Providers have a public profile page only if they turn one on themselves; it never contains member information.

Referring someone

If you refer a friend, you give us their name, email address and phone number so the Active Duty Passive Income team can get in touch. Before we take those details you have to confirm you’ve already asked them and they’re happy to hear from us — we record that confirmation and when you made it, and we treat the introduction as coming from you.

If you were referred and would rather we didn’t hold your details, write to support@activedutypassiveincome.com and we’ll delete them.

How long we keep it

Your deal and its contents are kept while your purchase is active and afterwards as the record of a completed transaction. If you delete your account, your profile, your deal, your messages and your uploaded documents are deleted with it.

Two things survive: the anonymous closing record described above, which carries no name and only a state and a rounded dollar figure; and the activity log entries recording actions taken on other people’s deals, which are their records rather than yours.

Deleting your account

You can delete your ZOOP account from inside the app — open your profile and choose Delete my account. It is immediate and cannot be undone.

Deleting your ZOOP account does not cancel your ADPI membership or delete you from ADPI’s CRM. To do that, write to support@activedutypassiveincome.com.

Security

Sign-in sessions are signed and can be revoked; passwords are stored hashed and are never readable, by us or anyone else. Every action that changes a deal is authorized on the server, not merely hidden in the interface.

Children

ZOOP is for adults buying property. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who sees it, we will update the date at the top and tell members in the app.
